Matt Isbell's success can be attributed to putting his clients' needs first, superb communication, and his ability to negotiate. From first-time homebuyers to experienced investors, Matt has the skill and expertise to be a valuable resource and advisor. "My goal is to provide more value than any other agent," he says.

Born in Texas and raised in Washington State, Matt moved to Southern California in 1999 to attend Pepperdine University, where he earned a degree in psychology with an emphasis in business. He applies these areas of study to his real estate practice by listening carefully to his clients' goals and implementing proven marketing strategies to achieve them.

As half of the "Isbell and Isbell" team, Matt works with his wife Kelli throughout the Westside, striving to exceed client expectations and deliver personalized, responsive service.

Matt has always had a passion for the outdoors. In his free time, he can be found surfing, scuba diving, sailing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and golfing when he feels like paying for frustration. To give back, Matt and Kelli Isbell donate a portion of their commission to charity on behalf of their clients.

Kelli Isbell specializes in high-end residential real estate throughout the greater Los Angeles area. With a family background in real estate, Kelli has extensive knowledge of the ever-evolving housing market, which makes her a valuable advisor to her clients. Buying and selling a home is one of life's most important decisions. Kelli takes pride in putting her clients' needs first, ensuring that they realize every goal while having a positive experience along the way. "I have truly succeeded when I surpass my clients' expectations," she says.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Kelli worked in commercial and television production. Her attention to detail and ability to execute time-sensitive projects helped her excel in an extremely competitive industry. Her experience in production gives her unique insight into the needs of artists, entertainment professionals, and business executives and she has many entertainment industry contacts.

After graduating from college with a degree in sociology, Kelli spent time traveling abroad. Her travels have taken her to New Zealand, Australia, South America, and throughout Europe. As such, can work easily with clients of many cultures and lifestyles.

Catherine joined Team Isbell and Isbell at Compass in 2021. With over $200 million in career sales, the Isbell team continues to be ranked amongst the top luxury real estate teams in Los Angeles. Working with Matt and Kelli has provided Catherine with a remarkable understanding of the multifaceted industry and a deep understanding of all things real estate including development, design, negotiation and marketing.

Born in Germany but raised in Los Angeles, Catherine has a distinguished appreciation of what makes the different pockets and communities of Los Angeles unique and electric. She is an alumna of the University of California Santa Cruz where she studied Environmental Studies and Political Science. A lover of the outdoors, Catherine spends much of her free time surfing, hiking and backpacking. She frequents and enjoys tapping into the vibrant pulses of Santa Monica, Topanga, and Malibu.
